The Tatshenshini River starts in the Yukon, and ends 130 miles later on the Pacific shore in Alaska. We rafted it in 11 days including 3 layover days to hike near Sediment Creek and Walker Glacier, and to row across Alsek Lake. In the end of the trip, in Dry Bay, small planes appeared out of nowhere and whisked us to the relative civilization of Yakutat, AK
