Despite this early start, we barely made it back before dark in an all-out 17-hour push. It is, after all, a 1000 meter elevation gain to the summit from the hut. We soloed to the Red Band, pitched the rock-bands, simul-climbed the rest, and repelled all the way back down (12 raps).
